Job Description

- Improve HR processes, employment documentation and the overall delivery of people services
- Provide leaders with clear guidance on employment obligations and workplace policies
- Manage recruitment activities for business-critical roles across the organisation
- Maintain accurate employee records, case files and compliance documentation
- Oversee workplace injury matters and support recovery and return-to-work outcomes
- Assist leaders to resolve performance, conduct and other employee-related concerns

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

- Experience in an HR Advisory, HR Generalist, Employee Relations or Recruitment role
- Working knowledge of the Fair Work framework, modern awards and contemporary Australian employment practices
- Experience coaching managers through performance, conduct and other employee relations matters




- Strong organisational capability, with the ability to balance case management, recruitment and HR administration
- Confidence handling sensitive information and preparing accurate employment documentation
