With opportunities available in both Butler and Cottesloe, these projects offer the chance to take ownership from construction through to completion, working with experienced delivery teams and well-backed businesses with strong pipelines of future work.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including:
- Managing commercial construction projects from inception to handover
- Leading site, engineering and commercial teams
- Monitoring programme, budget, quality and client expectations
- Driving subcontractor performance and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
We are interested in speaking with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers who can demonstrate:
- Experience delivering commercial construction projects valued above $20M
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent commercial and contractual understanding
- Proven track record delivering projects safely and profitably
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
