About the role:

- Working collaboratively with Partners and senior lawyers across the practice.
- Provide employment law advice on workplace relations issues, policies, contracts and employee matters.
- Assist clients with workplace health and safety obligations, investigations and compliance matters.
- Advise on industrial relations and workplace disputes.
- Preparing legal advice, correspondence, agreements and other documentation;





The ideal candidate:

- 1-3 years PQE in Employment, Workplace Relations, Safety, Migration or a related area.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
