We are seeking to recruit a Senior / Associate Urban Planner who:

- Is keen to learn and grow professionally within a supportive, team-focused environment.

- Possesses tertiary qualifications in urban and regional planning and has a sound knowledge of the Western Australian planning framework and development processes.

- Has 5 to 10 years’ experience working as a planner in Western Australia, with a preference for Government experience.

- Is ready to embrace opportunities for challenge with a desire to achieving quality outcomes.





- Has positive interpersonal and verbal communication skills and who values building respectful relationships, both internal and external to CLE.

- Has a sound understanding of key planning processes, including scheme amendments, structure planning, subdivision and development applications.

- Has strong report-writing skills and can articulate complex planning matters in writing.
