About the role

This is an excellent prospect to join Access Seafood Pty Ltd / Fish and Fowl as a Retail Manager and further develop your career in the Australian retail industry. Our store is in Katoomba, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to become part of our team.

Key responsibilities

- Cash management

- Establishing product mix, stock management and service standards

- Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets

- Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales

- Assisting to drive cultural change

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Promoting and managing the store and its services

- Selecting and training the staff





- Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within store

About you

- Experience in retail environment

- Experience in a management

- A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects

- A high level of retail seafood awareness

- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills

- Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream
