We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to help one of our valued participants with personal care, daily living supports, household duties and community access. Located in Glenwood, this is a long-term role working 8 hour shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living supports
- Assist with household duties
- Support community access
- Show initiative and respond flexibly to participant needs
- Demonstrate reliability and commitment to consistent shift attendance
About you
- Previous experience with psychosocial participants is required
- Patient, reliable, and caring nature
- Ability to read the client and think on your feet
- Current Valid NDIS Yellow Card
- Current Valid First Aid & CPR
- Current Valid Police Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Minimum Certificate III Qualification
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Fully Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
