About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support two Senior Marketing Executives with the day-to-day coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, marketing administration and content production.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is passionate about marketing, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the coordination and delivery of property marketing campaigns from commencement through to completion.
- Prepare marketing proposals, quotes and campaign schedules.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and deadlines across multiple projects.
- Liaise with existing marketing suppliers and coordinate bookings, including photography, print, signage and digital advertising.
- Assist with the production of Information Memorandums, submissions, brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Executives using Adobe InDesign to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Assist with proofing, editing and quality control of marketing collateral.
- Support the creation and coordination of digital marketing content.
- Assist with the creation of social media content, primarily LinkedIn video content.
- Assist with content scheduling and maintaining a consistent and professional social media presence.
- Provide general marketing administration and support to the broader agency team.




- Maintain accurate campaign records and ensure marketing requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded individual who is looking to establish or develop their career in marketing within the commercial property sector.

You will ideally have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or be a recent graduate.
- Previous experience in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant or similar role is advantageous, but not essential for the right graduate candidate.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive and can-do attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is essential
- An interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
- A genuine interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a long-term career.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to being a positive contributor to the team.
