Occupational Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Clinical Supervisor) / Part-Time or Full-Time hours
About the Role:
Within a leadership role, you would provide clinical supervision & mentoring to a team of OT's while maintaining your own manageable caseload of paediatric clients across both clinic & community settings. For those not after a leadership role right now clinical positions are also available. Whether you are looking at part-time of full-time hours just let us know your preference in your cover letter.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver high-quality, client-centred paediatric OT services
- Provide guidance and clinical supervision to OT's for the supervisory role
- Manage a caseload of clients maintaining accurate progress notes, records and client reports
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (OTs, physios, psychologists, speech therapists, dietitians)
- Participate in ongoing career development & quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to code of conduct and internal policies & procedures
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration / eligible for registration by the Occupation Therapy Board of Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check
- Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Minimum 3 years experience in paediatric/disability/NDIS sector
- Robust leadership, communication & mentoring skills
- Passion for helping children & families reach their goals
