Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Speech Pathologists for a leading healthcare organization in Australia. The ideal candidate should have experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, with a robust focus on pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.

- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy.

- Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

- Educate clients and caregivers on communication and swallowing strategies.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria





- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.

- Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.

- Experience working with pediatric clients.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary environment.
