Working directly alongside two highly experienced senior sales professionals, this is an outstanding opportunity for someone with previous sales experience looking to establish a long-term career within project sales.

The Role:

Working closely with senior agents, you will play an integral role in managing and qualifying incoming buyer enquiries while developing your skills across the entire project sales process.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Qualifying incoming buyer leads
- Following up new and existing enquiries
- Building rapport with prospective purchasers
- Understanding buyers' budgets, requirements and purchasing timeframes
- Managing and maintaining the CRM/database
- Conducting outbound prospecting and database follow-up
- Nurturing longer-term prospective buyers




- Booking qualified appointments for senior agents
- Matching buyers with suitable projects and available properties
- Following up buyers after launches, inspections and campaigns
- Assisting with buyer presentations, inspections and sales activity
- Developing a strong pipeline of qualified buyers
- Learning the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and exchange

The Ideal:

Candidate To be considered for this chance, you will have:

- Previous sales experience
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Impeccable personal presentation
- The ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence qualifying and following up prospective buyers
- Strong organisation and database management skills
- A proactive, resilient and motivated attitude
- A genuine interest in property and project sales
- A willingness to learn and develop under experienced senior agents

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday role; however, you must be available to work Saturdays when required. Depending on project activity, there will be periods where Saturday work is required and other periods where you will not work Saturdays.
