The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager for Foley House in Footscray, VIC.
You will support residents using person‐centred and capacity‐building approaches to advance health, wellbeing, independence, and long-term stability.
Reporting to the Homelessness Manager, this fixed‐term full‐time role runs until December and is based on‐site at Foley House.
The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and respectful, inclusive service delivery.
