Job Description
Eastern Health in Melbourne's outer east invites applications for a Mental Health Clinician with the Mobile Support team. This fixed-term, full time role based in Ringwood East provides outreach to outer Melbourne suburbs and works on a 7-day rotating roster.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide intensive case management and assertive outreach, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery for people with lived experience of mental illness.
