Morning & afternoon tea Lunch Food safety and handling qualificationsA minimum Certificate in Commercial CookeryA current Working With Children Check Experience cooking in childcare centres Effectively manage the kitchen, order stock, plan all menu's and prepare nutritious meals for the week from scratch.
