Marama Wholesale Meats in Dandenong South VIC is recruiting an experienced butcher for a permanent, full-time role. You will prepare meat for wholesale and retail, trim, grind, and portion cuts, handle seasoning and curing processes, and operate meat-processing equipment to produce smallgoods.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of butcher experience, a Certificate III in Meat Processing or related qualification, and a robust focus on OH&S; and food handling with RSA certification
