Job Description
Anglicare WA is seeking a Clinical Duty Officer based in East Perth. The role delivers trauma-informed, person-centred support via phone for individuals and families, handling high-risk cases and guiding referrals, advocacy and service access.

The successful candidate will work within a team-oriented team, contributing to continuous improvement, staff coaching and waitlist management while supporting adaptable work arrangements including some work-from-home days.
