RMIT University is seeking a fixed-term Business Transformation Lead for Casual Workforce Planning, based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid working arrangements. You will shape the START program's casual workforce design and deliver future-state rostering, time capture and payment assurance processes across the university.
You will lead business design, partner with colleges and People and Culture, and translate requirements into system configurations.
