Job Description
Sterning Group Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Industrial Relations Specialist to manage a national portfolio and work closely with the Group HR Director and GM of Legal. This is a hands-on, autonomous role in a supportive and outcomes-focused HR team.

The role covers employee and industrial relations advice, complex investigations, mediation, EA planning and negotiation, and preparation of IR/ER documentation. Initial 12-month fixed-term contract with a cooperative work setting.
