The role involves delivering training and assessment to the Learner cohort, aligned with the relevant training package and Indie College's strategies.
Indie College supports Trainers/Assessors with paid career development, training materials, and compliance requirements, plus a framework to upskill and supervise recent trainers.
A commitment to continuous improvement is central to the role.
