Viktoria & Woods in Hawthorn East, Melbourne, is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle. You will manage onboarding, employment changes and HRIS data, and provide day-to-day administration for the P&C; team in a quick-paced retail workplace.
Reporting to the P&C; Manager, you will handle payroll input, respond to routine staff inquiries, assist with recruitment support and contribute to policy implementation while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.
