Uniting AgeWell in Geelong (Nangatta facility) is seeking a proactive Lifestyle Co-ordinator to lead a team delivering engaging activities that support residents' holistic wellbeing.
You will design programs, mentor Lifestyle Assistants, and ensure consumer-directed activity planning while maintaining high standards of care and customer service.
This role offers Monday–Friday hours within a supportive, values-based, not-for-profit organisation.
