Munch in Dandenong is looking for a Restaurant Manager to own and lead a busy venue, driving food quality, guest experience and financial results.
You will lead from the floor in an evening-based role across a 7-day operation, coaching the team and building a culture of high performance.
With 2+ years in restaurant management and a sharp commercial mindset, you'll own P&L;, rostering and standards while earning KPI-based bonuses and a explicit path to Operations Manager as we grow.
