Longstanding commercial real estate business in CBD seeks an experienced Commercial Trust Accountant for a part time, highly versatile role.
The position may also consider full time for the right candidate, with hours and days structured to suit lifestyle.
Key responsibilities include trust accounting, bank reconciliations, processing receipts/charges, rent roll accounts and budget uploads.
Cirrus8 experience highly advantageous and an accounting certificate preferred.
