Job Description
The HSW Business Partner role in Sydney is focused on promoting a robust safety culture across blue-collar operations, including distribution centres. You will be the safety champion, driving risk reduction and training across teams to meet legislative requirements and board-level reporting.

You will build stakeholder relationships, lead safety initiatives, and proactively plan for future high-risk scenarios while ensuring workers' compensation and return-to-work programs are managed effectively.
