Position Overview

We are seeking a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality diagnostic reporting and, where applicable, interventional radiology procedures in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities
Interpret and report on a wide range of medical imaging studies, including X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine (as applicable).
Perform interventional and procedural radiology (if within skill set).
Collaborate with referring clinicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient management.
Ensure all work meets qualified, ethical, and quality standards.
Participate in quality assurance, peer review, and continuing professional development (CPD).
Contribute to teaching and mentoring radiology registrars or junior doctors (if applicable).

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:




Fellowship of the Royal Australian and Current Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR)
Current registration (or eligibility) with AHPRA
Comprehensive clinical experience across diagnostic modalities
Desirable:
Subspecialty interest or fellowship training (e.g. Neuroradiology, MSK, Body, Breast, Interventional, Paediatrics)
Experience with teleradiology systems and structured reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
