In this Permanent / Full time role, in the Peninsula Area (Rosebud,Mt. Eliza & Hastings). You will be a part of a professional and caring team who offers:

A dynamic and organised Registered Nurse, ready to start in our productive and fun team environment, and give excellent care and service.

Tasks & responsibilities
Ensure at all times the highest level of customer service through optimal communication, presentation and professional expertise.
Recognise and uphold the rights of patients and candidates accessing services, including maintaining cultural sensitivity.
Health assessments and chronic care management, triage, immunisations, injections, wound management,



ECGs and assisting doctors with clinical procedures. Maintain sound clinical documentation.
Perform clinical duties within the required level of clinical competency, according to best available evidence and within the guidelines of policies.

Qualifications & experience
Current unrestricted nursing registration with AHPRA (Div.1)
Registered Nurse/ Enrolled Nurse (RN/EN) qualifications
Previous medical centre experience in general practice preferred but not essential
Ability to multi-task, time manage and work autonomously and effectively in a busy workplace
Intermediate to advance computer skills
Exceptional customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to ethical behaviour, conduct and best practice
