We are seeking an enthusiastic, mature-minded Receptionist to join our Consulting Suites Team in a part time capacity.

You must be a team player with a high level of customer service skills and a positive attitude! The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and display a high level of attention to detail.

Role Requirements:
Receptionist/Administration duties.
Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls courteously and professionally.
Patient billing, receipting, and banking.
Booking patient appointments.

Skills and Experience:
Flexibility in working hours
Medical reception/admin experience preferred.
Multitasking required in a quick-paced environment.
Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
The ability to work calmly and efficiently is required.
Medicare, Blue Chip and private health insurance claims experience advantageous, but not essential
A competent level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Experience working in a mental health workplace is advantageous.





Renumeration:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and as per the relevant Delmont EA.

Requirements:
