MCI helps customers tackle CX and DX challenges with industry-leading solutions. We are seeking a Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer service and sales projects for diverse clients.

You will resolve inquiries, document issues, and apply scripts to ensure satisfaction while pursuing up-sell opportunities. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable, and able to work in a quick-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork.
