Job Description

Baptist Care is seeking a Family Services Practitioner in Launceston, Tasmania for a 0.9 FTE parental leave cover. The role supports parents to improve safety, wellbeing and health of children and young people through the Integrated Family Support Team.

You will conduct assessments, build relationships with families and stakeholders, and apply trauma-informed approaches to promote positive outcomes across Northern Tasmania.
