Location: Shepparton or Wangaratta
Salary: $65,288 - $70,740 (pro rata) per annum plus superannuation (PACCT Level 3.1-3.3, Victorian TAFE PACCT Staff Agreement 2025).

About the role
Do you enjoy supporting teams behind the scenes and keeping things running smoothly? As a Nursing Support Officer at GOTAFE, you’ll provide vital day-to-day administrative support to our Nursing team, helping to ensure quality education delivery and compliance for the Diploma of Nursing program. This is a great opportunity to contribute to an essential area of healthcare training and be part of a supportive and values-driven team.
About you
You will bring:
- A Certificate IV in Business (Office Administration)
or relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems.
- A detail-oriented approach to document management, compliance, and reporting.
- The ability to co-ordinate project support activities and to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- An ability to work independently, be task orientated, with the ability to follow procedures and seek guidance for non-routine problems
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team setting.

What you'll need
Successful applicants will be required to provide:
- a current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)
