About the role

Manage Club operations during allocated Duty Manager shifts, supervise and support staff across bars, gaming, reception and operational areas, and provide a high level of customer service to members and guests. Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, liquor licensing and Club policies, monitor patron behaviour and maintain a safe, responsible environment. Manage incidents, complaints and operational issues professionally, oversee cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-shift procedures, and assist with gaming operations, security, emergency procedures and WHS requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Manage Club operations during allocated Duty Manager shifts

About you

- Previous supervisory or management experience in a licensed Club, hotel or hospitality venue

- Current RSA and RCG

- RCGO / Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling qualification preferred

- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills

- Confidence dealing with difficult situations and patron management

- Sound knowledge of gaming, liquor and Club compliance requirements

- Strong cash handling and reconciliation experience

- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
