The Council of Deans of Nursing and Midwifery (ANZ) is seeking to appoint the following two (Non-Elected) Board Director Positions:

1. Non-Executive Director, Indigenous (First Nations)
2. Non-Executive Director, Finance

CDNM is a member-based peak body. It represents Australian and Current Zealand higher education institutions that offer under and post-graduate programs leading to qualifications as registered nurses and/or midwives. CDNM member institutions also undertake research relevant to these disciplines. CDNM is a registered company limited by guarantee. It is governed by a Board of six elected Directors and up to four appointed Directors. Please note: CDNM Board Director positions are voluntary, unpaid positions. Most meetings are online. Where in-person attendance is required, expenses will be covered.

Applicants are encouraged to apply if they:





- meet the required general and the person-specific Board Director criteria outlined in the corresponding PD and information pack
- have the time and dedication to commit to a two-year term as a Board Member
- have a sound understand nursing, midwifery and/or higher education, practice and/or policy
- have relevant experience in the not-for-profit sector or similar industries
- have relevant corporate governance experience or education
- are not currently a CDNM member
