At Urban Utilities, you'll do work that matters from day one. Every day, we deliver essential water and wastewater services that support the public health, liveability and environment of communities across Southeast Queensland. Through our UrbanGrad Program, you'll help shape the future of an industry that is critical to every person and every community.

We're seeking expressions of interest from future-focused Chemical/Process Engineering graduates who are curious, collaborative and passionate about solving complex challenges.

You'll gain exposure to the complex treatment processes that protect public health and the environment, while helping identify innovative solutions that improve operational performance, sustainability and the services our customers and communities depend on every day.

UrbanGrad is more than a graduate program - it's a career pathway and the beginning of your career at Urban Utilities.

This is a 12-month graduate program that combines real work experience, development opportunities and mentoring, with an assured ongoing role at Urban Utilities upon successful program completion in January 2028.

Engineering Disciplines We welcome expressions of interest from graduates in disciplines including:

- Process Engineering
- Chemical Engineering

Eligibility To be eligible, you must:

- Have completed, or be completing, a relevant engineering degree within 24 monthsof the program commencement date of January 2027
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen orhave unrestricted working rights
- Access to private transport to travel to our diverse operational locations
