The position:

Hillcrest Christian College is seeking to appoint an experienced and passionate Head of Faculty – Science to lead excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum within the Science faculty. Working collaboratively with leaders across the Senior Learning Community and Virtual Learning Community, the Head of Faculty will provide strategic leadership of curriculum and pedagogical practice, ensuring learning experiences are academically rigorous, future-focused, and grounded in a Biblical worldview that integrates faith and learning.

This full-time leadership position will commence in 2027, with induction on Thursday 14th January 2027,



and offers an outstanding opportunity to influence student outcomes and shape the future direction of Science education within a dynamic and growing learning community.

The successful candidate will inspire and develop teaching staff, foster a culture of qualified growth, and equip students to flourish academically, personally and spiritually as they pursue their God-given potential.
