This role focuses on transforming initial poolscape layouts into compelling 3D renderings for client presentations. You will collaborate closely to interpret design concepts, refine layouts, and deliver high-quality visualizations that clearly communicate project intent. The position is fully remote and requires immediate availability for a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D renderings of pool and landscape designs using Structure Studios or comparable software
- Interpret and enhance initial 2D sketches into visually engaging concepts
- Collaborate to understand project vision and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Ensure all renderings accurately reflect pool, retaining wall, and landscape features
- Prepare presentation-ready visuals for client review and approval
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Skills And Requirements

- Proven experience in 3D landscape or poolscape design, with a strong portfolio of relevant work
- Proficiency in Structure Studios, Pool Studio,



or similar 3D design software
- Solid understanding of swimming pool and retaining wall design principles
- Ability to translate 2D sketches and concepts into detailed 3D visualizations
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Availability for full-time contract work and ability to start immediately
