Qualified A Grade Electrician/ Thermographer

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Qualified A-Grade Electrician/ Thermographer to join our team, working across projects in metropolitan Melbourne areas.

For the right applicant this role may primarily involve conducting thermal inspections on electrical equipment across metropolitan Melbourne areas and occasional travel to regional Victoria.

About the Job

- Perform day-to-day installation and maintenance across commercial, industrial, domestic and healthcare environments.
- Ensure all electrical standards and requirements are complied with.
- Accurately document and record completed works using our scheduling system.
- Train and mentor apprentices.
- Liaise with customers on site and provide excellent customer service.
- Conducting thermal imaging inspections of electrical switchboards and other equipment using thermal imaging cameras

- Perform occasional RCD testing
- Work across a variety of sites including healthcare, commercial buildings, industrial facilities.




- Accurately document and record completed works using our scheduling system
- Liaise with customers on site and provide excellent customer service.

Hours

- Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
- Occasional overtime available
- Monthly RDO

What we are looking for

- Minimum 10 years' experience as an A grade electrician.
- Current A grade electrical License.
- Thermography Level 1 or 2 (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Victorian manual driver license essential.
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Ability to work across commercial, industrial, hospital, and domestic projects
- Current National Police Record Check or willingness to apply.
- Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to apply.
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously.
- Great communication skills with ability to work in a team environment.
- Sound knowledge of OH&S; regulations.

Nice to Have
- EWP license
- Working at heights certificate
