Your new role

As an Account Executive, you will manage an established portfolio of commercial, rural, and agricultural clients across Singleton/Upper Hunter and surrounding areas. Success in this role comes from becoming a trusted adviser within the local community, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

The role centres around relationship management, business development, community engagement, risk advice, and portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities include

- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients
- Building strong relationships with local businesses, farmers, and community stakeholders
- Meeting clients face-to-face and maintaining a visible community presence
- Identifying opportunities for recent business and referral growth
- Providing insurance and risk management advice to new and existing clients
- Supporting policy renewals, endorsements,



and client servicing activities
- Working closely with claims, underwriting, and internal support teams
- Maintaining strong CRM discipline and portfolio management practices
- Representing the business at local events and networking opportunities

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong client-facing experience in sales, business development, account management, banking, agribusiness, real estate, automotive, insurance, or a similar industry
- A passion for building long-term relationships and being active within the local community
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to growing a portfolio
- Strong organisational and relationship-building capability
- An Australian Driving Licence
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
