We now have an exciting ENTRY LEVEL opportunity in to our high performing Ad Sales team in Sydney.

What you'll do as an Account Executive:

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales team working on a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring that the administrative and customer service functions are delivered with the utmost care and accuracy.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support to nominated Account Managers in an effective, detailed and timely manner.
- Delivering a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests.




- Proactively providing support and embracing joint responsibility with Account Managers for client activity and internal reporting activity, such as post campaign reports, preparing client proposals, booking procedures, revenue reports, etc.
- Accurate management of client database
- Various projects when delegated
- Being a key point of contact in the absence of the Account Manager to ensure the needs of our clients and agencies are met in a customer focused manner.

What are we looking for in an Account Executive? What's important?

- Solid skills across the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems and navigate challenges with a positive attitude
- Great attention to detail
- Proven experience in a customer service focused role

Extra points for the following, but not essential:

- Previous media industry experience would be great
- Exposure to working with a client database
