We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Healthlink Sydney team. As part of Lanas group, HealthLink plays a crucial role in enabling safe, seamless healthcare communication across Australia and New Zealand. HealthLink is one of the region’s most trusted connectivity providers, delivering secure messaging, e-referrals, and digital integration services that support clinicians, hospitals, laboratories, and community-based organisations.

This full-time, permanent role will see you manage and grow relationships with Healthlink’s customers across Australia, ensuring their needs are met, opportunities are maximised, and service delivery is consistently excellent.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless onboarding and support for customers.

Key responsibilities include

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite.
- Developing and maintaining tailored account plans in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Acting as the customer advocate in internal meetings and ensuring feedback is actioned.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet revenue targets.




- Managing escalations and supporting customer service delivery where needed.
- Overseeing onboarding and training for new customers.
- Preparing customer reports and presenting insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Representing Healthlink at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve services and deliver customer-driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For You’re an experienced account manager with a customer-first mindset who thrives on building long-term relationships. You’re commercially savvy, confident in engaging with C-suite executives, and driven to deliver measurable results.

You will bring

- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in SaaS sales, customer service, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while independently managing customer needs.

Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in the Healthcare Services Industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing C-suite relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven success in achieving growth targets.
