Are you a relationship-builder who loves helping customers find the right solution? Alert Tech is looking for an Account Manager to be the face of our Western Region business — building trust with aged care and healthcare customers, growing sales, and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes.

This is a hybrid sales-and-support role, based in South Australia, with regular customer visits throughout SA and connecting to our WA and NT based customers. It's a genuine career pathway — with a transparent, staged development plan and hands-on mentoring to help you grow into a senior, trusted advisor role.

What You'll Do

- Build trusted relationships and help provide solutions to customer needs across the western region, with face-to-face demonstrations and site visits concentrated in SA.
- Turn opportunities into sales across the Western Region, with regular face-to-face visits and site demonstrations concentrated in SA
- Provide administrative support to the regional office within focused areas that support your sales initiatives and those of the installation team.




- Step in for the Customer Service Coordinator during leave, once trained — scheduling, invoicing and general admin.

What We're Looking For

- A natural relationship-builder who enjoys face-to-face customer engagement
- Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling sales with admin detail
- Sales or account management experience — technical, trades, security or healthcare-adjacent backgrounds highly regarded.
- Comfortable with systems and detail — SimPRO & HubSpot experience (or similar) is a plus.
- Someone who wants ownership and a real path to grow the role over time.
