Account Service Associate | Bank of China Melbourne

Bank of China is seeking a skilled energetic and highly motivated Account Service Associate to join BOC branch in Melbourne. The individual will be mainly responsible for Bank Business Operation and Customer Inquiries.

This is a Two Years Maximum Termcontract role. To be successful in this role you need to have the below qualifications and skills:

- Thorough understanding of banking industry and market in Australia
- Comprehensive knowledge of various of retail banking products, i.e. Deposit, Remittance, Accounts, Foreign Exchange, as well as Accounts Opening
- Previous retail banking experience within financial services is highly appreciated
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the proven ability to liaise with people of different backgrounds
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, both oral and written
- Exemplary natural ability to work independently as well as in a team.
