Role Description This is an in office internship role for an Accounting Intern, based in Mangalore, TAS.

The Accounting

Intern will support day-to-day accounting and compliance activities, including maintaining financial records, assisting with bookkeeping, and preparing basic reports and reconciliations. The intern will help in compiling documentation for audits and statutory filings, support tax preparation work, and assist senior team members with data entry and analysis.





Responsibilities may also include organizing client files, updating spreadsheets, and learning to use accounting software under supervision. The role offers exposure to practical aspects of finance, tax, and corporate governance, with guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting principles and basic knowledge of finance and taxation.
- Comfort with spreadsheets and accounting software; ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle documentation and compliance tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and support client-related work.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to learn in a structured professional environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
