We are seeking an Accounts Clerk in Dandenong to support accurate, timely financial administration and uphold our quality management processes.

The Role In this versatile support role, you will maintain financial administration across the business while supporting the organisation's ISO quality management system. You will process and reconcile financial transactions, handle debtor collections, assist with year-end audit activities, and collaborate across departments to maintain controlled documentation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage customer and vendor master data and application workflows, verifying details with external agencies.
- Reconcile invoices, handle payment adjustments, conduct internal invoice audits, and maintain accounts payable lists.
- Enter bank deposits into accounting software, allocate payments to accounts, and cross-reference invoices, POs, and related records.




- Prepare purchase orders for operating departments and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
- Provide customer statements, assist with journal entries, support year-end audit processes, and assist with tax preparations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001), assist in preparing for audits, and coordinate quality documentation and corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with company OHS policies, actively promote safety culture, and wear required PPE in designated areas.

What We Are Looking For

- Accounting Experience: Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration.
- ISO & Quality Awareness: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in using accounting software (such as SAP) and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and the capability to work independently in a flexible, part-time setting.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or quality management is a plus.
