About your new job

Working in a stand-alone capacity, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Full function Accounts Payable
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Process all credit card and staff expenses
- Reviewing debtor reconciliations, trial balances and ledgers
- Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
- Assist with month-end closure and reporting
- Assist the finance team with ongoing projects and administrative support
- Any ad-hoc tasks as required within the finance team

About You

You will be an experienced accounts officer with the ability to manage creditors and debtors ledger in a stand-alone capacity. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have exposure in the following:





- Previous background in a similar position with exposure in AP & AR
- Experience working in a full function / end-to-end capacity
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
