Key Position Tasks:

As an Accounts Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities

- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation, debtor management, and collections.
- Maintain accurate debtor ageing reports and follow up outstanding accounts.
- Process and reconcile daily client payments and bank transactions.
- Support month-end activities, including revenue recognition, journals, and reporting.




- Assist with accounts payable processing and weekly payment runs.
- Prepare information for audits and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide financial analysis and administrative support as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support efficient finance operations.

Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:

- Accounting, Finance, or related qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and financial systems skills.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
