At CJD Equipment, our Accounts Payable team plays a vital role in supporting operations across Australia. We're looking for an organised and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our National Office in South Guildford.

In this full time permanent position, you'll be responsible for ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end accounts payable processing
- Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Coding invoices and matching them to purchase orders
- Ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained before payment
- Preparing and processing payment runs
- Completing monthly supplier reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving invoice and payment discrepancies
- Processing employee reimbursements and expense claims
- Responding to supplier and internal stakeholder enquiries
- Providing occasional reception relief and administrative support when required

About You

- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy




- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Sound Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
