**Main duties and Responsibilities;

1. Payroll processing**

- Process end-to-end payroll in MYOB, including timesheets, leave, new starters, terminations, adjustments and corrections.
- Apply SCHADS Award conditions, including allowances, penalties, overtime and leave loading.

2. Tax, superannuation & reporting

- Manage PAYG withholding, TFN declarations and superannuation processing and reconciliation.

3. Employee maintenance & salary packaging





- Maintain employee payroll records and MYOB profiles, including award classifications, pay rates and employment changes.
- Administer salary packaging, FBT items and salary-sacrifice superannuation via AccessPay.

4. Reconciliation & support

- Complete payroll reconciliations and support month-end, year-end and audit activities.
- Respond to payroll enquiries while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
- Manage payroll approval delegation in MYOB as required.

Qualifications

- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or equivalent relevant qualification.

Knowledge & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience.
- Sound knowledge of PAYG withholding, TFN declarations and superannuation.
- Knowledge of salary packaging and salary sacrifice.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with MYOB.
- Solid general IT skills.

Desirable

- Familiarity with SCHADS Award interpretation.
- Familiarity with STP Phase 2 and Payday Super.
- Experience in aged care, not-for-profit or multi-program organisations.
