Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the D’Aguilar Range in Samford Valley, Cat’s Meow Cattery is a five-star luxury cat boarding retreat offering a true home away from home.

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and professional Part-Time Administrator who loves cats, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

The role will include:

- Managing and confirming client bookings
- Welcoming customers and checking cats in and out
- Finalising bookings and processing payments
- Responding to phone and customer enquiries
- Maintaining accurate booking and customer information
- Supporting the wider cattery team during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who:

- Genuinely loves cats!
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills




- Is meticulous, organised and has a keen eye for detail
- Has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Is professional, courteous and reliable
- Is a genuine team player who has their own reliable transport
- Can work flexibly during our opening hours on site in Samford Valley
