What you’ll do
- Be an integral member of the team and help all departments and staff with various administrative duties
- Prepare customer invoices
- Complete accounts payable and processing of supplier invoices
- Debt management
- Complete customer order keying and order management
- Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, skilled manner
- Manage various registers regarding employees, licenses and equipment
- Provide general administration support to keep things running smoothly
About the role As an Administration Officer, your primary responsibilities include completing administration tasks, working with staff from all areas of the business, and assisting with various administrative duties across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Complete administration tasks such as preparing customer invoices, debt follow up and processing of supplier invoices
- Work with staff from all areas of the business assisting with various administrative duties, including office employees, warehouse staff, sales reps and technicians
- Compile and maintain relevant registers of employees and contractor licenses
- Assist with entering customer orders, customer credits and warranties
- Answer incoming sales queries and direct to appropriate sales staff
- Assist customers who attend site
- Develop registers of company equipment ensuring appropriate service and maintenance protocols are followed
