About the role

Working closely with the Executive Management Team and business leaders, you will identify opportunities where AI can simplify processes, automate repetitive activities and enhance the way teams work. You will be responsible for helping take AI initiatives from idea through to practical implementation, training and adoption.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying business processes suitable for AI, automation and workflow improvement

- Implementing and administering AI tools and platforms across different business functions

- Working with teams to understand existing processes and redesign them using AI

- Developing AI-powered workflows, agents and automations

- Integrating AI solutions with existing systems and business applications where appropriate

- Developing effective prompts, templates and reusable AI workflows

- Testing new AI applications and assessing their practical value to the business

- Designing and conducting practical AI training workshops for employees, managers and business teams

- Developing training materials,



guides and practical examples tailored to different areas of the business

- Providing hands-on training in the effective and responsible use of approved AI tools

About you

- Demonstrated experience implementing AI, automation or digital productivity solutions in a business workplace

- Strong practical knowledge of generative AI and large language model applications

- Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other leading AI platforms

- Experience creating automated workflows and integrating different business applications

- Experience developing and delivering AI or technology training workshops
- The confidence to present, demonstrate and explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- The ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- A strong understanding of data privacy, information security and responsible AI use
