Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Rowville, VIC and focuses on air freight operations and sales support. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating export air freight shipments, preparing and checking documentation, and liaising with airlines, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate cargo movements. The role involves supporting the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and customer inquiries, while maintaining strong communication with clients to provide status updates and resolve issues.

The specialist will also assist in maintaining service quality standards,



updating internal systems, and participating in training to stay current with industry regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Export and Freight operations, particularly in air cargo handling, documentation, and international trade procedures.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver and support Training related to processes, systems, and compliance, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain, preferably in air freight; experience with export regulations and customs processes is beneficial.

- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in standard office software and internal logistics systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Rowville, VIC, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Vocational training or a certificate in logistics, international trade, business, or a related field is advantageous.
